Our services include; Fix/Recovery services, TikTok account optimization, followers growth, and TikTok monetization. We strive to meet your expectations, but if you're not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Fix/Recovery services: If after completion of fixing or recovering your account
and it was not successful,after 24hrs, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Account Optimization Service: If after completion of the account optimization
service, you do not see any measurable improvements in your TikTok account’s
performance within 7 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.
The refund will be determined based on the extent of the service
rendered and measurable results.
TikTok Follower Growth Service: If the follower growth service fails to
deliver the promised results within the specified time frame (based on
the service package purchased), you may request a full or partial refund.
The results must be verified, and the request should be made within 7 days
of service completion.
TikTok Monetization Service: If our TikTok monetization service does not help
you achieve the agreed-upon milestones (based on our initial consultation and terms)
between one week to 30 days, you will be qualified for a full refund.
The refund amount will be evaluated based on the specific goals outlined
in your service agreement.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at support@supportfixes.com.
Please provide the following information:
Your account details (TikTok username, email address used for the service)
A detailed description of the issue or lack of results
Proof of non-performance, such as screenshots,video recordings or any other relevant data.
Once your request is submitted, we will review the details and respond within 24hrs.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2 days, depending
on the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
If the services have been fully delivered, and measurable results have been achieved.
If you do not comply with the terms and conditions of the services, including misusing our services.
4. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any service at our discretion, in which case we will offer you a pro-rated refund for any undelivered service time.
5. Customer Satisfaction
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues, whether by offering a solution, full refund,partial refund, or alternative service options.
